The challenge
Olympique Médenine — a club founded in 1954 — wanted to sell its limited-edition jersey online: a shirt carrying the ksour architecture of Médenine. The audience is local, mobile-first, and buys in Tunisian dinars with cash on delivery. No existing store, no time to waste before the drop.
What we built
A fast, Arabic-first storefront: hero that sells the story of the jersey, size picker wired to WhatsApp ordering, cash-on-delivery checkout, and delivery across Tunisia in 2–4 days. Built and shipped as one sprint, optimised for the phones the fans actually use.
The result
The boutique went live and started taking orders immediately. The club now owns a direct channel to its supporters — no marketplace fees, no middlemen, full control of the drop.
